The “Transformation Package” is a 6-month plan with additional features like bi-weekly check-ins, advanced nutritional coaching, priority support, and bonus materials.



How long do I have access to the Plans?

You will have access to your plan for the entire duration of your subscription, the subscription will start as soon as the trainer sent you the training program. After your subscription ends, If you choose to renew your subscription, your access will continue uninterrupted.



What if I am unhappy with the Package /Plans?

Your satisfaction is a top priority. If you’re unhappy with the plan, please reach out to me within the first 14 days of starting your program. We’ll discuss your concerns and make any necessary adjustments to better suit your needs. If you’re still not satisfied, we can discuss potential options, including a partial refund or transitioning to a different plan that might be a better fit for you.



How do I get started?

After you select a plan, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to assess your fitness goals, current lifestyle, and preferences. Based on this, I’ll create your personalized program within 3-4 days, followed by an onboarding call to discuss the plan.



Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade from the “Kickstart Package” to the “Transformation Package” at any time. Just reach out, and I’ll assist with the transition.



How are the workouts delivered?

Your workouts will be delivered through a digital platform, accessible on your phone, tablet, or computer. You’ll receive detailed instructions, including video demonstrations to ensure proper form.



What if I need to modify my plan?

Flexibility is key to success. If you need adjustments due to changes in your schedule, fitness level, or goals, just let me know during our check-ins, and I’ll modify the plan accordingly.



How do the check-ins work?
